1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using UniformInLove ("UIL," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
To use UniformInLove, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Not be a registered sex offender;
- Not have been previously banned from the service by us;
- Not be located in, or a national of, any country or region subject to United States sanctions, and not appear on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account, and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may maintain only one account per person.
4. Verification
UIL may require identity verification, service verification, or both as a condition of using certain features. Although we take reasonable steps to verify users, verification does not guarantee a user's identity, character, or service status, and you should exercise your own judgment when interacting with other users.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in harassment, hate speech, nudity, solicitation, fraud, scams (including romance scams), scraping, or automated use of the service. We may, in our sole discretion, ban users who violate these rules without refund of any fees paid.
6. Subscriptions and Purchases
(a) Auto-Renewing Subscriptions
Premium ($14.99 per month or $99 per year) and Premium Plus ($29.99 per month or $199 per year) are auto-renewing subscriptions. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
(b) Consumable Purchases
Day Pass ($8.99) and other consumable items are one-time purchases that are non-refundable and non-transferable.
(c) Billing
All payments are processed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Manage and cancel your subscriptions through your App Store or Play Store account settings.
(d) Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
(e) Refunds
Refunds are issued at the discretion of Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies.
7. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, UIL grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you post on UIL. By posting content, you grant UIL a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate, provide, and promote the service.
9. Intellectual Property
All UIL trademarks, service marks, logos, and software are the property of Voilà Entertainment, LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them without our prior written consent.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee matches, dates, or any romantic outcome, and we do not conduct background checks on our users.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UIL's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount of fees you paid to UIL in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. UIL is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UIL and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Data Privacy within the app.
14. Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with the venue in Tampa, Florida. You and UIL each waive the right to participate in class actions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.
15. Apple-Specific Terms
The following terms apply to your use of UIL on iOS devices:
- These Terms are entered into between you and UniformInLove, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance of these Terms, will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you.
- You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms of agreement, including the terms of your wireless data service agreement, when using the app.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide in-app notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
